The Country Inn & Suites By Radisson in Elgin, IL was a mixed experience for me. the location was convenient, close to the highway yet peaceful, with a park-n-ride nearby. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast had a good selection. However, the property was under construction, with a closed pool, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. the note for truck drivers outside felt unwelcoming. On the bright side, the hotel rooms were comfortable, with useful amenities like a microwave and fridge. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs, but the friendly staff and convenient location made it somewhat enjoyable.
